In the summer of 2010 I saw a Tumblr post that Ke$ha’s “Tik Tok” and Katy Perry’s “California Gurls” were the same song. So I thought why not put the two together and see how they sounded.

This was the result. Thousands of plays on tumblr later, it found its way to the decks of the DJs of the legendary BOOTIE Club in San Francisco.
