Viva la Vida - Surround Remix
I’ve always been fascinated and enamoured with surround sound audio, and have tried my hand at remixing a few tracks myself. Obviously I’m no expert but it’s a fun little experiment and the results sometimes turn out pretty good!
A few years ago I came into possession of the multitracks for one of my favourite Coldplay songs, Viva la Vida, and took it upon myself to try remixing it into surround.
Unfortunately for me, I lost the file a while ago. But then just the other day while cleaning up one of my online storage services I managed to find it again.
Listening back there’s a few things I would love to tweak, but since I can no longer find my Logic session this will have to do for now. In the meantime I figured I’d share it with you all. It’s an Apple Lossless Audio file, but should play back with most modern audio software.
